4.19.10 The Providence Crew joins the game, Rex and Bobo are under Townsville Park and Agent Six is handing out missions in Townsville Center. Also, Ben, Gwen, and Kevin are giving out new missions in Ship's Interior. Vilgax has been up to no good and captured aliens on the Chimerian Hammer, but Ben, Gwen and Kevin are there to rescue the aliens, like Megawhatts.

7.21.09 - Devbot0001 released more information on the Croc Pot Catering Company. The Croc Pot will combine two items into a single item, one providing the appearance and the other providing the stats. Combining items will not have a 100 percent success rate. Depending on the difference in level between the two items, a success percentage is given. If the attempt fails, the player will have their items returned.

7.10.09 - The FusionFall website released specific details on the upcoming upgrade. Vehicles will be rented from Kevin's Hot Rod Rentals. E.G.G.E.R.s (Egg Generating Gizmo Ejects Rewards) will dispense E.G.G.s (Everyone Gets Goods) that can contain any number of prizes, from gumballs to ultra-rare items. Finally, the Croc Pot Catering Company will allow players to combine their high-level armor with low-level armor, creating a special armor with the stats of the former and the appearance of the latter.

Because FusionFall is now free for all players, we needed to make some adjustments to our existing chat system. Since chat is one of the main social features in the game and one that we wanted all players to immediately be able to use, we had to move to a system that supported a much larger group of players, while still maintaining a safe and secure environment for players of all ages. We have replaced the previous chat system with a smart/adaptive white list filter.
The system permits players to type their own messages which are sent though a filter before being transmitted to other players. Over the next few weeks we will be making updates to how we display pre-approved words and phrases to help players understand what word(s) are being blocked. The end result is a far more expressive approach to chat that does not penalize expression or bad spelling. This database of pre-approved words and phrases will continue to grow over time as new words and phrases are added.
With any major system update you may find a few hiccups along the way, specific words that seems to be filtered out for no clear reason. We are going to be constantly updating this list as well as the phrase rules to make sure we have an extremely comprehensive filter in place for everyday use. Our goal is to create an opportunity for a very expansive social community and an overall fun and safe gaming experience.
