What’s new in Fusion Fall by Mitch Snowbronze
A new monster has appeared in Fusion Fall in Candy Cove and boy is she big. The Dev team has informed us a mother blowfish has been sighted in Candy Cove searching for those babies of hers. Strangely she is not green, but orange and it seems to come from the PowerPuff Girls. Fusion Fall players are up and jumpy on finding this strange creature or a mom. Go out there with a search crew guys. She might be hard to find or easy depending on her size hehe. In other news, Bubbie has gone missing! Leaving Flapjack a little lonely this Mother’s day, maybe you can help FlapJack by doing his missions. You know no one wants to be alone without their mother so do the mission not for the fusion matter, but for Flapjack! In more news, a new suit has come for players who have been subscribers but have lost it due to cutbacks on F2P. It seems it is called the Clock Work set! This new code comes with a free vehicle, an awesome hat, and a rocking set! The set can only be used by former subscribers. (sorry to those who were not at the time) It will become rare (excuse me ultra rare -wink wink-) but hey it will just be a reminder for thos who have worked hard to come to the past. (wear it with dignity folks, don’t delete it!) The code for this great outfit is ffcspecialthanks and remember you need six spaces in your backpack for this. The Generator Rex hover board seems to be a hit with many people and now you can’t see one player without it. This seems to be a vehicle for the record books. Well that’s it for this article gotta jet!

In the patch notes, the Dev team posted that they are updating the filter with words and phrases and will continue doing this. Until then, I recommend using menu chat since the filter might stay like this forever or until it is fixed.

This week we will be showing the first chapter of The Adventures of the Broken Crusader. This Fan-Fic created by coolguy773 seems promising so far. Here is the first chapter of it, although I’m not sure when he will post more chapters though.
 “Go long!” Michael threw the football as hard as he could. “I got it!” shouted Sam running as fast as he could. He and Michael had been playing some football to cure boredom. As the ball neared the grass, Sam dove for the ball. He hit the grass hard, but the ball landed in his hands. “Touchdown!” cheered Michael. Sam chuckled a bit, like he always does when he does something he can’t believe he just did. “Nice catch man!” Michael said, patting Sam on the back. “When school starts back up, you gotta try for football!”             “Nah, I’m not into it for profession, I play for fun.”
After some more catching, they were perspiring madly.   “I’m going to get some water for us.” Said Michael. “Alright” Sam said. As Michael went inside, Sam sat down on the lush, green lawn. It was a beautiful summer afternoon. A cool breeze could be felt going through Sam’s short, black hair. Sam thought for a while how he got here in the first place. He laid down for a while to remember his past.
He remembered meeting Michael, that faithful day eight years ago. He remembered how much they had in common, beyond just being two peas in a pod. He remembered Michael helping him through tough times, and likewise with Sam. So many great memories…
“Ahh…” Sam sighed. He wished this wouldn’t end, Michael and him, friends forever. Little did he know, all things he loved and held dearly would be crushed very soon.

This week I will spotlight the ultra rare, non-tradeable weapon, Scythe Jr.! This level 18 weapon can only be obtained by doing the mission Don’t lose your Head part three with Dexter as your guide. With the scythe you can be just like your hero, Grim. Now who wouldn’t want that?

Movie Review: Land of the Lost by TurqoiseAngel
This movie about a scientist that goes back in time with a research assistant named Holly and a survivalist named Will. They have no skills or weapons and the only help they have is from a primate named Chaka.
Pros: This movie is very funny in almost a lot of scenes and interests you as soon as the adventure starts. Some characters like the T-Rex make the movie more interesting and funny too.
Cons: There is a lot of bad language in this movie so it is not recommended for younger viewers. Some scenes of this movie are gross and weird as well. The beginning of the movie is kind of boring and doesn’t really grab your attention unless you pay close attention to what’s happening.

Water, one of the Earth’s sources can be saved if you use the next few tips:
1.   Don’t take baths, they use a lot more water than using the shower
2.    When brushing your teeth don’t let the water run
3.    Don’t leave the water on when scrubbing the dishes
4.    Instead of using plastic water bottles, use a reusable water bottle, it will save you money and help the environment

Q: Do you have a favorite place in game?
A: Several, but my favorite top three places in no particular are: Devil’s Bluffs/Devil’s canyon, unknown, and the Twisted Forest
Q: How do you think you became so well known in game and the forums?
A: Because I knew The Fallen. It started where we wanted to see how full we could get an IZ before it crashed the game so we though “lets throw a party at the Crystalline Caverns” we never crashed the game but we did have fun and made history.
If it wasn’t for her being involved I probably wouldn’t have gotten popular. Most people came to see her then stayed for the taquitos.
I was also not a troll on the forums and generally helpful. Giving out free art didn’t hurt either. 
Q: What’s your favorite nano?
A: Oddly enough, it’s Dexter. He’s so cute and tiny and paranoid-looking. I also love Dee Dee and Mandark but just 1% less!
Q: What’s your favorite NPC?
A: That’s always changing. I have this love-hate relationship with Mandark and Ben. Mandark’s always insulting me or impatient where Ben seems to like me but gives me missions that make me want to pop his head off.
I guess there is one NPC that I like that hasn’t upset me before…Argost!
Q: Do you have a favorite item in game?
A: The Mandark cape <3
Q: What do you think expansion will be like since the game is now free?
A: Hm……….the expansion will probably be best for the game. It means that more people are going to come

What’s new in Fusion Fall by Mitch Snowbronze
Hey Fusion Fallers ready for this weeks “What’s new in Fusion Fall article?” This week many players have noticed that there are far too many Ben items in game. Some players are thrilled by the idea, while others are asking for this Ben 10 take-over to stop. While everyone knows most of the items are because of the Alien Abduction event, some are questioning why other shows have not had their own Fusion Fall adventure. While more Ben 10 plagues the game, some are awaiting anxiously for Generator Rex and Adventure Time with Finn and Jake items and missions to show up in game and for Ben 10 to stop increasing in the game. Lag in the lower level areasby Captainquark
Ever since the free to play more and more players keep coming to the Past in large amounts creating lots of lag. If you are in Sector V, Peach Creek Commons, Pokey Oaks, and one of the most visited places, Mount Blackhead and are affected largely by lag, use these tips.
1.   Avoid these areas when most players are on, at noon and beyond. Try to play a little earlier in the morning or a little bit at night (if possible), this is when there are less players playing.
2.    Avoid large groups of players no matter in what location it is
3.    If you are a low level and plan to travel to a largely lag affected area, avoid monsters just in case you get lag so they won’t attack you

Item Price Guide by TurqoiseAngel
Back on the original Fusion Fall forums, my friend Alshary Sharpshoot had made a thread listing the price of many items. Many appreciated the guide and would help with the prices. Some disagreed and would argue over the prices. The guide is now posted on our website. But since the cost of some items are changing drastically, many players say that the guide is out of date while others are saying that you can’t put a price on the items and start flame wars. We’re asking our readers to please post what they think some of these items should cost until everyone agrees. Remember the Halloween event? It was nighttime, there was orange slime, and monsters threw pumpkins at you? I sure remember it in fact I even remember it was our favorite vampire’s only FF appearance. Well, he hasn’t been here since which makes me a sad person. Dracula may not be here but he left something for us to enjoy. His cape. That’s right, he put a lot of them in both EGGERS, Future and Past. But Fuse’s minions stole all the capes from the Past EGGER! So that means if you want to look like Grim’s childhood hero, you’re gonna have to buy the cape from someone who had one from the future or hope that a Lvl. 4 monster or crate in the Future has one for you. This was this week’s item spotlight.
“Scrape and lick, scrape and lick.”   

Movie Review: Wall-E by TurqoiseAngel
This movie about a robot that cleans up the disaster left behind after all human life abandons the Earth to survive since the planet has lost resources such as plants. Wall-E soon falls in love with Eve, a robot searching for life on Earth. When Wall-E finds a plant that survived on Earth, Eve takes the plant to show proof to everyone who abandoned the Earth that it is possible to live on Earth again. But when the computer on the ship where the surviving people are living goes evil, Wall-E and Eve must find a way to get all of the surviving humans back to Earth. It’s a funny and love-filled family movie, it is known  and loved by many people so far.

Q: How long have you played Fusion Fall?
A: I started playing during the sneak peek, so December of 2008.
Q: Do you have a favorite place in game?
A: I don’t know if I can pick any one place that I can say I like the most. There’s a lot of pretty stuff in the wilds.
Q: Do you have a favorite nano?
A: I don’t know if I can pick a single favorite, but I have two sets that I stick with: Fourarms (scavenge), Numbuh Five (Leech), and Eddy (Health) for questing, or Numbuh two (run), Wilt (jump), and Professor Utonium (rocket) for infected zones.
Q: Do you have a favorite NPC?
A: I can’t pick a single NPC either. *laugh* I do like Buttercup/Belladonna, I guess; she’s got the most interesting backstory of any character in the game.
Q: Have you joined any clubs before?
A: No, I never really found any need to join one.
Q: What’s your favorite in game item?
A: My character’s signature item is the Seol shirt, although I’ve always been a fan of the Signature Sword, too.   
Q: What is your opinion about Free to Play?
A: I have really mixed feelings about it. Obviously being free to play means more people will play the game, which is generally good, but it also means that due to the reduced income they have to cut features like the forums.

Club Spotlight: The 12 Olympian Gods of Fusion Fall by TurqoiseAngel
This club which was originally created by Nimble Ace was at first the idea to create a new helpful government. Nimble Ace left and now Roxas has been left in charge. This seems to be a fun and awesome club but I have not been provided with a link for them yet. Stay tuned and we will have more announcements from this club.

What’s new in Fusion Fall by Mitch Snowbronze
Hey Fusion Fallers ready for the “What’s new in Fusion Fall article?” This week thousands of Future players busted into the Past after Fusion Fall said, “We are 100% Free!” Which made Fusion Fallers go crazy! But with this good news went a price. The forums were closed due to some things the FF team could not reveal to the public. So I went to find out myself and what you will be reading will shock you. When I sent an email to the GM’s they replied back and this is what they said, “We are sorry that we had to close down the forums but it was because had to discuss many things with the CN writers. They said that we would have to give up something for the Generator Rex update and the Alien Abduction Event. We hope to open somewhere around the summer.” Yes, this was what was written back and we may be able to get the forums back in the summer! I will keep you updated on this. In other news, the Generator Rex hover board is making it really easy to speed around the world of Fusion Fall. And many are happy about the fact that it has a speed of 1100! Which is faster out there than our other hover boards around Fusion Fall and may be in for a great summer which hits in four weeks! Thanks for reading!   

Chat bug by Captainquark
A chat bug has infected Fusion Fall worse than the fusion matter has. Ever since the game went free the chat has been filled with non-stop coco’s and it won’t stop. You can’t even say the word out without having to type double t’s. This has been causing a large problem for Fusion Fallers especially for the new ones who think some character have been included the game and no one can tell them they are not in game yet. This bug affects the entire game so even in Fuse’s Lair you won’t be safe.
Tips to avoid the bug:
1.   End all words with double letters. EX: putt yourr tomm helmett onn.
2.   Make your sentences as short as possible or break them into words. EX: look    at    that   

A great leap or not? By Flip7001
Possibly the biggest change to Fusion Fall ever is the F2P patch or Free to Play. This patch (if you don’t know) is the patch that announced Fusion Fall completely free. Some say that this is a great leap for Fusion Fall, but is it really? With the F2P patch the forums went down and so did the clubs and friendships, also the lag has increased 10 fold. People aren’t as upset about the lag they are more upset about the loss of the forums saying things like, “This is the only reason I played the game” but others seem to not care saying, “Free is better than forums.” While some are very biased opinions others are asking why. There has been some speculation that the GM’s were laid off. But that is just a myth there is most likely a cost attributed to the forums that people do not realize and they had to cut somewhere to make Fusion Fall free. A great leap… or not is the title of the article because even though we have gone from a new era of Fusion Fall, how many Viva Alecto’s have we stopped from coming out, how many Jrs. Oldman’s are left out of helping people. What if there are people out there that would have run great trading empires or maybe there were clubs yet to come. So is this a great leap…or not?

This is a very special report for all of you Pokemon fans out there.
Mew event: You get a mew and that’s all..
Celebi event: Soon there will be a celebi event in the US where you get to see the origins of Team Rocket. With the special event Celebi, go to the shrine in the forest where you have to get all of the Farfetched and the hm cut with it and watch what happens.
Latios/Latias event: In this one you use the Enigma stone event item in the Pewter city meuseum by talking to Steven Stone. Then you leave and he will tell you that either Latios or Latias are roaming around Pewter city. Which one depends on the game you have (Latias Soul Silver/Latios Heart Gold) and then you get the opportunity to catch one.
Shiny Eevee event: The shiny Eevee will be given away at the Pokemon world championships just like last year when they gave out a shiny Milotic. Just use mystery gift and watch as you receive shiny Eevee.
*Note: only Celebi and shiny Eevee are guaranteed for release in the US.

This week`s weapon spotlight is the Omega Grunt, a rare level 30 shatter gun. If you get this gun from Hulks or Stone Drakes in Fire Pits, don’t throw it away, it’s worth something! That’s right! This gun is the rarest of the the Omega set (tied with the Omega Outlaw). It’s red and packs a punch! “But what if I don’t this gun?” well, that is no problem. This beauty is worth 1-2 million taros! So if you find one, you can get some more cash for that pair of TC or SA you want so much. That concludes this week’s weapon spotlight! 

Movie Review: Chicken Little by TurqoiseAngel
This movie based on the classic tale is one of the most amazing and hilarious movies ever watched. When Chicken Little loses trust from his dad and is only supported by his friends Chicken Little tries to gain his father’s trust back. But when an alien baby is found and soon the alien the alien parents come looking for the baby, lots of problems arrive.

Riddles: Last week’s riddle was answered correctly by GoldStarz.  This week’s riddle is there were these three children and their father. They loved each other very much. So much that the day that their father died, the three children consulted DEATH to keep him alive longer. The first child told DEATH to keep his father alive for one more year. DEATH accepted and kept him alive again. One year passed and the father died again. The second child consulted DEATH and asked him to keep him alive for one more year, DEATH accepted yet again. Yet another year passed and DEATH returned to claim the soul for the third time. The third child was smarter than his brother and maybe smarter than DEATH himself. He told DEATH that he could finally claim his father’s soul when the wick of a lit candle in his room ran out. DEATH accepted and left. The third child then blew out the candle’s flame and threw away the candle. DEATH never came back. Why is this?
