help@fusionfall.com in regards to the chat filter being out of control today. This is the reply I just received. I don't think they know how many players will leave because of this. I know that if it doesn't get fixed then I wont be playing the game anymore.

Thanks for your feedback regarding the chat filters.
In order to offer the game for free, we needed to make a number of changes. One of those was a stricter chat filter. I apologize for the inconvenience, but these changes were necessary in order to offer the game free to all players. The new filter does allow for basic messaging.
If you find you are being constantly filtered please try send shorter simpler messages.
We need to figure out how to get them to change their minds about this stricter chat filter because it is completely out of control.
Yeah, I've been dealing with the help center all day about this ridiculous filter. Still no end in sight I'm afraid. It looks like they are sticking with their same answers. However, I think we should all stand up against this. I didn't pay over a year's worth of sub access to get forced out in one day. ^_- everyone show ff that u mean business!!!
