Okz, the monsters that drop them are pretty much all of them. I got more pairs from the Hydro Hammers than anything else but I was able to find a pair from all of them. Ur best bet is to stay with the monsters in Peach Creek though.

What drops commandant shirt and commandant pants?
Also what drops the intergalactic blade? It's the level 35 UR blade
