-The darkness turned into Silver's and Zoey's friends and loved ones, surrounding then silently-

...No.

-Zoey found shadow Ash and Jenny, along with her family. She looked away as she glared at the floor-

These pathetic tricks again...? I've seen enough of this cr*p.

[Silver Kid]

-Silver saw Ash, Zoey, Alice, all of his comrades. Even his father-

"What do you see?" He asked Zoey

You, Ash...Jenny...my family.

-Zoey shook her head before looking at Silver-

It's the same old stupid mind tricks. They're not attacking...but that can't be a good sign.

-Darkness started pooling around the two and then wrap itself around both friends' legs, burning them slightly-

What the hell?

-Zoey formed a turquoise sword and slashed the darkness into smaller tendrils-

-Silver didn't seem to mind. He breathed slowly-

"This...is nothing compared to the hell I've seen.. Nothing."

-Zoey nodded in agreement with Silver-

You're right...this is nothing compared to what we've been through.

-The darkness continued crawling upon the two before stabbing their skin and pumping darkness into them-

What?

-She noticed that the shadow versions of their loved ones and allies approached the two with a flaming dark aura surrounding their fists-

-Zoey ended up bumping into Silver before also noticing that the effects of the dark poisoning were returning in waves-

Silver...what's going on?

[Silver Kid]

-Silver looked around and checked frantically around the room-

"It's a dark stinger. It's basically harmless until this happens. It's basically just an illusion of smoke at first. If you breathe it in it plays back your memories and something shows up that's not there. It's when it stings you that it makes those dreams real. I can see Jenny now. You can probably see my dad. Luckily we didn't have completely separate thoughts. We need to find and destroy the core. The more it pumps into us the stronger it gets. We can't remove the stingers. They're basically part of our brains. It's just a race at this point."

-Zoey looked around the room completely shocked. She flicked one of the stingers on her leg and instantly recoiled in pain-

Ugh...What does the core look like?

-She started looking around for the possible core, but as the shadows changed in shape, it was difficult to check-

-Silver blocked an attack from a Shadow Ash, gritting his teeth-

"It's kinda hard to look if we have to fight too. I need time since I know what it looks like." He said, kicking the Ash in the chest and sending him back

-Zoey inhaled deeply before slashing her shadow mother's face with her sword-

Alright...I'll try to keep as many of these guys off of you while you look for the core.

-She made turquoise shards rain upon a group consisting of her siblings, Alice, and Rex before blocking an attack from Shadow Jennyand shoving her backwards-

[Silver Kid]

-Silver put his hands next to one of the spikes in his leg and radiated a small aura. To zap power from others the spikes needed to connect to the core. There was a small sting to connect them, not visible by the naked eye. He trailed it along a bit and it led upwards-

"Zoey! It's on the floor above!" He said, kicking a shadow of himself in the side and pushing it back to the wall

-Zoey was currently trying to shove Shadow Ash away from her, who held a deadly-looking dagger surrounded by darkness in one of his hands-

Then I guess we're gonna have to break the ceiling to bring it down.

-She pushed Ash back before having a turquoise wall fall on top of him-

I'm not sure exactly where it is, but...

-She created tall turquoise spikes to break through the ceiling, bringing down fragments of wood onto the fight-

-A shadow Jenny grabbed a piece of large wood and smacked Silver over the back with it. Silver snapped back and punched the shadow into a wall. He looked up and couldn't see too well because of the darkness-

"The core is tiny but it's up there. It should be getting larger minute by minute." He said, jumping up

-Zoey glanced up at Silver as she formed a wall of turquoise around her and had it expand in every direction so that it would crush the shadows-

Just find it before it gets too big.

[Silver Kid]

-Silver looked around and grit his teeth. He saw a faint blue on the wall and rushed towards it, pushing and shoving shadows out the way-

-Zoey was staring in surprise at Shadow Isabel, who then charged at the evo in her wolf form-

Don't think about it...It's just a trick...

-Without thinking, Zoey plunged her hand into Isabel's chest and pulled out her heart...but it had a different apperance from that of a normal heart. This one was as black as coal and seemed to be made out of wisps of gas-

...What...?

-She wasted no time in crushing the heart as hard as she could, causing it to dissolve and making Shadow Isabel disappear-
