[Silver Kid]

-Silver breathed slowly and arrived at her door, knocking softly-

[Sharpshoot]

-As Zoey hugs him, Ash feels a strange mix of icy-warm feelings. He's not the same man he was before her all those years, he's changed. So has she. Their lives have taken separate directions even if their fight is still for the same cause. She's now in front of him, and despite how much he wants to huh her and loss, he is reluctant to do even the former. Nevertheless, he hugs her tightly and comforts her as she lets tears flow from her eyes.-

It's been too long...and we have a lot to talk about...

OT: it's been that long since we time-skipped I guess. This is the first direct interaction between Ash and Zoey since the start of the skip.

OT: Yup! It's kind of strange to think about


-Zoey nodded as she felt the faint reluctance from Ash-

I'm betting he heard about what I've done and he's disappointed in me...

-She dreaded having to fill Ash in about every detail about her disastrous moments while she was gone, but she really hated the idea of keeping all of that a secret. She ended up taking a step backwards to get out of the hug and to quickly wipe her face-

I know...We can talk after Alice's wedding, which should be starting in just a bit. Are you ready to go?

[Sharpshoot]

-Ash notes the distress coming from Zoey's eyes, she too has much to tell him. Their connection still feels weaker. Ash dreads whatever both went through whole they were apart to be reason for that. Nevertheless, Ash doesn't want to succumb and grabs Zoey's elbow with his own. Now that many years have passed since they were both teenagers, Ash manages to finally be taller than Zoey, with more of his "feminine" features now replaced with muscle.-

I am if you are. Let's go together and feel together, like old times. What do you say?

-Zoey was a bit surprised by Ash's actions, but she was glad for it because she felt calmer with his touch. She nodded again and gave Ash a small smile-

Yeah, that would be great.

[Sharpshoot]

-Ash didn't have to force the next smile, and he hopes he doesn't have to force anymore for the rest of the night. As fiancées, they head down to where the wedding will commence.-

[TurqoiseAngel]

-There was no sign of Alice the the couple headed over to the ceremony, nor any sign of Silver-

I hope Silver got my message to walk Alice down the aisle. Or maybe Alice got a bit nervous and is still in her room? Either way, she should be here soon.

-Zoey sighed internally before looking at Ash from the corner of her eye-

You look really handsome, Ash...But those clothes don't hide the fact that moving around right now is still difficult for you because of all your injuries.  Just...just keep taking it easy for the next couple of days. The rest of us can handle things until you're fully healed.

[Sharpshoot]

I can't lie to you can I? Heheh, alright then. I'll take care of anything that needs to be taken care if over here. You go do your thing with Alice and Silver and make sure she isn't getting cold feet about this. I'll hang tight.

[TurqoiseAngel]

-Zoey was reluctant about leaving Ash's side, even if it was just for a couple of minutes, but she took a deep breath and squeezed her fiance's hand before taking a step in the direction leading to Alice's room-

-With that, the evo started towards Alice's room as fast as she could. She spotted Silver outside the bride's door and waved at him-

Hey Silver! What's going on?

[Silver Kid]

-Silver shrugged-

"I knocked and she didn't answer."

[TurqoiseAngel]

-A look of worry crossed Zoey's face momentarily as she walked up to her friend's door and knocked on it as well-

Alice? It's time to go! Everybody is waiting for you to start the ceremony!

-she turned to look at Silver as she leaned against the wall next to the door-

I hope she isn't rethinking this.

[Makastar]

/Alice was curled up in her chair, plagued with terrible feelings of something to come. Her heart was racing as she could feel someone watching her...she hated the feeling so much/

Alice! Please open the door!

-Zoey knocked on the door again before looking at Silver and turning the knob to the room. She noticed that her friend had curled up in her chair and reached her side immediately-

Alice, what's wrong?!

[Silver Kid]

-Silver walked in and closed the door behind the two, breathing slowly as he awaited her response-

[Makastar]

/Alice jumped and nearly went into an attack at the intrusion before she stared wide-eyed at Zoey/

/Alice/: W-What's going on?
