To change your account password, try and log onto the website like you normally do. When the little Ben 10 box pops up (the place where you type in your username and password) there is a little peice of blue writing at the very bottom of the box. I think it says something like "Forget your password?".

Click on the blue writing, and another box will pop up asking you to fill out your e-mail. Type in the e-mail that you used when you signed up for Fusion Fall, and follow the instructions on the screen. An e-mail with a special link that lets you reset your password should arrive very shortly.

After you open the special e-mail, it will tell you which account you told the site you want a new password for, and will ask you to click on the link inside the e-mail. As long as you follow the instructions that come in the e-mail, you will have a new password set up in no time.

I had not even thought of jumping into my alt. account to test for corruption.

I too have heard talk of a bum server that is missing certain NPC files. Hopefully, that is all it is. 

I think I may be in a bit of a pickle, and I cannot seem to figure out how to fix my deliema.

It would seem that over here on my end of things, Fusion Fall will not update itself with the most recent patch. I can see other players running about with their nanos clear as day, but I am unable to earn those nanos myself.

I did some sniffing around and found that JB is supposed to be anchored next to Finn in Orchid Bay, but he is nowhere to be found. Additionally, Herrimen offers me no Cheese mission, and there are no warp gates to take me into DEXLabs HQ in Genius Grove or Tech Square.

In an attenpt to fix myself, I performed all the regular rituals; switching browers, uninstalling/reinstalling Unity, etc. I have had no luck, and am growing increasingly more perplexed.

Does anyone here on the forums have any advice regarding what I should do now? Outside of just waiting, I can't think of much else to do but send off an SOS to the "Help Center".

I worry this question may have already been answered, but I don't suppose elements of the new patch have been removed for the sake of correcting glitches?

I ask because I did not end up logging on to play until very recently, and am unable to find JB. Additionally, Herrimen seems to be withholding the Cheese mission from me, and the entrances to DexLabs seem to have been whisked away deep into the fourth dimension.

Have I missed an update detailing the removal of the above features? I've combed the site for clues, but have come up with no answer.

Hm...as much as I'd love to think Toonami is returning, I can't help but wonder if this is legit. It looks a wee bit too professional to be a hoax, though.

I think it should be pointed out that the staff did made good on their promise to visit unofficial fansites when a collection of exclusive vehicles codes were released to the owners of the most popular fansites in the twilight of 2010.

However, the issues you mention are quite important. Hopefully the game will continue to improve with time.

Looks to me like DexLabs at last made good on their promise to give their employees all those vacation days. Orchid Bay, anyone?

Upon completing some old upper tier guide missions, my FM meter is just about full.

After what happened earlier in the week in regards to the ID error, would it be a fool's errand to try and break the meter and see if I level up?

I was able to log onto my main account, and it looks like they have done some tweaking. I am no longer level 37, and it looks like my FM meter has been shaved down to less than one eight full.

But I haz play, and I haz happy. 

Edit: Looks as if chat has recieved a big upgrade too. This is quite nice.
